Couple Photoshooting (Valentine's Offer) - Terms & Conditions

1. These Photography Terms & Conditions apply exclusively between SK’EYES LTD and the person responsible for the payment. 

2.Payments – A non‑refundable reservation fee of 100% of the total amount is required in order to receive the Gift Voucher. 

3. Validity - The Gift Voucher is valid until 31st May 2026. The photoshoot may be scheduled between 1st March and 31st May 2026, subject to SK’EYES availability. 

4. Artistic Release - i) While choosing SK’EYES LTD services, the client is considered to agree and accept its photography style and colors.

ii) Photo editing consists of basic retouching of contrast, brightness, saturation and cropping only. It does not imply any 'AI' editing.

5. Delivery of Finished Product - i) Clients will receive the link to their private online album and the access code via email.

ii) Final product is typically delivered within 2 weeks after the photoshoot date. This timeframe may vary depending on availability and peak seasons. In case of any delay, SK'EYES LTD will inform client accordingly.

6. Authorization- If client choose a private venue (for example, a hotel), all required authorizations and access fees are the client's responsibility.

7. Production - Makeup, outfits and any accessories (sunglasses, hats, etc...) are entirely the client's responsibility and choice.
